What the Theory of Change Looks Like in Practice

Seniors who are active and purposeful reduce the caregiving burden on their families. Caregivers who are supported provide better care for longer. Communities built on mutual aid — not service delivery alone — are more resilient.

You can see all three at once inside our Care Agent cohorts: four cohorts trained and graduated, the fourth now on active duty, each senior both trained and giving back from day one — providing tele-befriending and emergency response support to isolated seniors through the use of home monitoring technologies.

Seniors here are not service recipients. They are Care Agents, GeronTech Ambassadors, and Caregiving Navigators — contributors first.
